Research Topic/Interests: Contaminant fate and transport; mathematical modeling for hydrological and environmental applications at different spatial scales; expert systems for environmental decision making; neural networks for soil moisture studies; climate variability studies and application of geographic information systems and remote sensing for agricultural management.

Previous Degrees: B.Tech.(H) in Agriculture and Food Engineering and M.Tech. in Water Resources Development and Management with a minor in Mathematics and Computing, IIT Kharagpur, India.
