This degree is intended to provide professional graduate education with an emphasis on the use of problem solving, management and technical skills in water. The curriculum is designed to provide preparation for students who will manage public water systems and water resources. It is not for student who do not wish to pursue a research or academic career. The curriculum for this degree is structured but it is still flexible, enabling students, with the guidance of an advisory committee, to design courses of study that are in accord with their career objectives.
